[These are] a series of doodles that [depict] many of the world's most prominent issues. The first two doodles illustrate many of the personal issues that have taken the spotlight in recent decades: drug overdose and suicide. By depicting humans in such a horrid way, I want to send a message about the effects of drugs and depression. The next two images depict ecological issues. The 3rd doodle depicts a fish grotesquely dying because it has become severely deformed. In real life, such deformation [arises] from the toxic chemicals that we pollute into our lakes and oceans. Other pollutants such as plastic can also kill marine life by physically damaging organs. The last image illustrates the mass climate change that [the] earth is facing. Due to the warming of our planet, certain parts of the world are becoming deserts and are facing extreme weather conditions.
